Change language [Elements of SEO]

    Hey i want to change language on my new theme, Elements of SEO.
    I am actually not out of the woods yet with this one. I have:

    located the sv_SE.mo file and copied it into a new directory ‘/wp-content/languages/’

    Modified the wp-config.php file to have the following line into it:

    define (‘WPLANG’, ‘sv_SE’);

    But the theme settings dosent change like “comment” “SORRY. 404 PAGE NOT FOUND” “Posted on” “LEAVE A REPLY” how do i change this?
