I have subscribed to WordPress through 1 and 1. I know I can change the hosting of the URL (ImperialRealEstateBlog.com) but if I do will I be able to keep the Blog intact?

Yes you can.
Review Moving WordPress. Make sure you have a good backup (both files and database see WordPress Backups).
Of course if you do switch hosts, you will need to visit your domain registrar and point the name servers for your domain to the new host's domain servers.
This assumes that when you say 'subscribed' that you have your own hosted WordPress blog--not the one provided by 1and1.com as their blogging tool.
