   hi

   having a real issue changing the colours on this theme! its been bugging me all week now.

   i want to change the third horizontal line which is white to blue! i have gone through the stylesheet and can not find it, i have even changed all the ffffff codes i have found.
   i cant even change the colour of the white text or the colours in the navigation menu??? i dont understand what is going on.

   Got some basic experience with ccs- so i dont think its me just being a moron or maybe i am?
