change "home" and deleting "about" in nav bar (3 posts)

    Hi,
    I'm using and trying to tweak the Neoclassical theme. I want to change the "home" link in the navigation bar to a new name and get rid of the "about" link.

    I found the nav bar php file which has these two names mentioned and I deleted the one and changed the other but there's no change when I reloaded the blog

    does anyone know how to fix this problem. Should I be doing these adjustments in the Neoclassical theme files? or is it in the base wordpress files? if possible, please specify how to make the changes. Thanks

    sorry, it was the nav-menu php file that i found. the code looks like this

    5. I just deleted the "about" lines and changed the name "home" to what I wanted, but nothing happened.
