Change Header Color – Focal Theme

Hello, I am in the process of setting up a WordPress site using the Focal Theme. Currently, I am trying to change the main header from black to another color. As a novice person with HTML editing, I am having a hard time figuring out where / how to edit the CSS.

Is there a way for someone technically challenged to make this updated? Thank you in advance for your help!
