Ooops, that should be TEXT not test.
Your style sheet should be where that’s changed.
Maybe something like #content p {color: white}
or .post p {color: white}
Or obviously, what ever color you want.

I don’t know about change font color. But if you want to change the font, you can use this:
Important: Change the { with < and } with > below if you want to use it.
I just put {font size=”2″ face=”Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif”} in the beginning of my main index template, page template and sidebar. Don’t forget to end it with {/font} before the {?php get_footer(); ?}.

Actually, it is a very bad advice to mix style declarations in the template files.
All the styling should be done in the stylesheet. Period.
“Useful” is not necessarily correct.
