    Via CSS. You're offering web design services on that site. Surely you know how to use CSS?

    you should change this:

    #colophon {
    	clear: both;
    	color: ###f9611f;
    	font-size: 18px;
    	padding: 26px 0 0;
    	text-align: center;
    	width: 100%;
    }
    #colophon a {
    	color: ##f9611f;
    }

    in file http://raleydesigns.com/wp-content/themes/parament/style.css
    color is that what you are looking for

    I tried that code to change my widget font color to white but it didn't change anything. My page is http://roundhousetalk.com and I have the following:

    #colophon {
    	background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #810817;
        	clear: both;
    	color: ###f9611f;
    	font-size: 18px;
    	padding: 26px 0 0;
    	text-align: left;
    	width: 100%;
    }
    #colophon a {
    	color: ##f9611f;
    }

    Backtics added only on this post.

    Try using Firefox with the Firebug add-on for this kind of CSS work.

    edit your CSS file and change:

    #colophon a{
    color: #YOUR-COLOR;
    }

    And for headers in footer change:

    widget-title{
    color: #YOUR-COLOR
    }
