I have been using the plugin Weather Traveller ( http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/weather-traveller/
) to insert the current weather conditions in my posts.
There seems to be a problem in that it will only return the cloud conditions and not the weather condition. I looked into this at length and the problem is not with the plugin but with the data feed instead. This seems to be a long term issue with the METAR observation data that the feed uses and there does not seem to be a fix in the pipeline.
I was wondering if the author of Weather Traveller would consider using a different data feed such as Yahoo or Google as it would be really nice to be able to insert the actual weather condition into my posts.
