   Hello guys,

   Whenever I post a link to Facebook, the description just shows "c //". I know this is changes through metadata but I wonder if I can make the metadata so that it shows post titles when I share a post and (home)page titles when I share a (home)page. Is this done with "if..." coding or something?

   Thank you in advance! I have been breaking my head over this for a few days now...
