Change default Recent Post Widgets "title" tag.

I want to use the default Recent Post widget that comes with wordpress in my sidebar. But when I drag it to the Sidebar Widgets and set the title, it automatically makes it a <h2> tag and I want it to be a <h4> tag like my Search title. Can you please tell me is this is possible, because I feel like I have checked all available files. My site is at http://www.wp4noobs.com
