Change default ''ALL'' category for portfolio items on website launch

    Hi!!!
    I am looking do change the category the website launches by default, look at this multilangual website :
    http://www.lecoupdegrace.ca

    It is a recipe site. It automatically sets the ‘ALL” category by default ( here translated to ”TOUT”, first one on the left) therefore making it load all the images at the start of the site. How can I make the 2nd category, which is NEW RECIPE, by default instead?

    Like that I could set a limit of portfolio items and limit the downloadtime at start page!

    I was able to change the name in the PHP but that’s it…
