   Hello,

   Could anyone advise that if it's possible, if so, then how to change post date/time format from English to another language, se, Chinese?

   PS: We're using hosting company so server is not at our site and we don't have access to php.ini, so we could only change from within WordPress

   You can change the date time format, usually, in two places:
   1. the admin > Options
   If it doesn't have any effect, it means you have to check the theme you are using:
   2. most likely the time and date parameters are hardcoded in the template file.
