Is there some plugins or an idea how to change dates of selected posts? I know that there is an Edit of WP (Bulk Actions) but without changing of dates.
How could I chnage of them by one clicking?

Can't.
You'd need to quick edit or full edit.

May be there is an idea how to do it and then write the plugin for it?! hm..
