• Hey y’all,

I’m using multisite to run the English and Spanish versions of the same website. Works great, except I want to work in English, and yet the Network Admin dashboard and the dashboard of the Spanish version are both in Spanish. I tried reinstalling WordPress 2.9.1 US. I’ve changed the language under Network Admin – Settings – General to English. I then tried chaning the same from the dashboard of the Spanish site and nothing changed. Everything is still in Spanish.

Again, to clarify, I want the Spanish side of my site to be in spanish (i.e. contact forms etc.) but I want to navigate the dashboard in English. Most importantly, I want navigate as the Network Admin of the two sites (one English one Spanish) in English.

    Any help? Thanks

Sadly languages are per site not per user, so it doesn’t work that way :/

Ok, but at least the Network could be in English. I´m the only user. I created it. It was a network in English with and English site and a Spanish site. Now the network admin is all in Spanish, even though one of the two sites is in English. There has to be a way.

You should have had a choice on the WP Admin > Settings > General page for each site to pick the language. Whatever you pick on the MAIN site will be what the network uses.
