Change 'Continue reading'

Hello

I want to change the link that says “Continue reading –” everywhere on my site.

I’m able to do it on the my blog: http://www.geimaku.com/ (there’s a plugin for it)

But I am unable to change it from the search results pages: eg. http://www.geimaku.com/?s=evil&submit=Search

Where can I find the code?
