Change bot e-mailer from host’s to my own

I would like to change the e-mailer that sends you updates on comments on you blog to my own. For example instead of getting an e-mail from appleint@host221.hostmonster.com (I use hostmonster) to my own… support@gabejacobsblog.com. How would I do this?
