Change admin bar search functionality

Instead of searching with the built in WordPress search, I want to make it use my google custom search that I have at /search-results/

I think the best way to do this is to redirect all URLs that are going to ?s={STRING} to /search-results/?q={STRING} because that will redirect all searches using the built in search, not just searches from the admin bar.

I had it working, except I was losing any spaces that were in the query.
