   I want to change theme by a link on sidebar. My problem is I only do that when I am an admin, with normally user role I can't.
   Error return: "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."
   Can you help me?
   I wish I can altering any theme no need admin authority. Beside that, changing theme in admin site is normal.
