I've installed wordpress on my IIS6 server, and was kicking off the install php script when the following message was thrown up:

CGI Error: The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

I've seen a related support topic (http://wordpress.org/support/topic/131976), but but the link to the moderated code doesn't work. Has anyone else experienced this and got a definitive fix?

    Thanks
    Andy

    Go here . . . http://trac.wordpress.org/ticket/5951

This is a fairly common problem on Windows servers. There seems to be a couple of ways to fix it.

I had this problem a couple of days ago when setting up WordPress on IIS. Here is a link to my blog post where I talk about the 2 minute fix.
