Cforms Photo Upload

Hi!
I need a form where the visitors are able to upload their photos, send them to me and then let me print them out end send them back by post. You know what i mean..

I have the form, and i have the “upload-thing” and i works great!

Now what i need is that when they have chosen the photo, the Cforms (or the other script/plugin) should display the picture, display the size and let the order chose size of the print, based on the image size.

Like this:
Image: 1Mb
size: 40×40

but

Image: 5Mb
size: 40×50, 40×50,50×60 and 50×70

Can someone write this, or does anyone know whre i can get a form like this?
