cforms

I run 2 blogs on same server with same setup:
http://www.ourtoowoomba.com
http://www.easyaccessstorage.com.au
I use cform 10.5 and tried 11.0
in ourtoowoomba cform runs fine but in easyaccess after activate I only get a white screen instead of the blogs theme in view function, any idea?
