• Hello fellow WP designers and developers

I am looking for some helpful documents on how to customise and style the infamous Contact Form 7 plugin.

So far it is performing great, and a big up to those who have worked on it’s release.

I have, and are able to customise the style sheet to change colours, but my main focus now is to sort out the standard layout of the input fields. As an example, it would be great to put two text fields on one line, followed by two more below, then subject message box below. Tidy and compact, rather than long and aligned to the left leaving big white gaps.

Is there anyone who has tackled this and can point me in the right direction?

    Thanks for youy time,

  • You could try setting widths of 50% on the label+inputs (or their wrappers) and then floating them left.

Any update on this? I understand I could modify the stylesheet that comes with the plugin but that doesn’t help me if I am using cf7 more than once on the site.
