CF7 Different Language Forms

Hey all,

I have 4 forms in 4 different languages, but now I want them to display according to the country that the user is from, either English, Dutch, French and German. With English as standard.

I read something about the code here:

I am unsure where I have to put the code, in the php files somewhere or the form or the post.
