CF appears to do nothing

I use CF for my websites and source indicates such.

Added plugin to http://informaticseducation.org (WP site) and it is activated.
We are hoping for a performance boost as Google Page shows the site needs help. Since we are already benchmarked at a ‘before CF’ level, I have not made most of the Google Page suggestions for load improvement.

We then changed the nameservers for the site to point to our registered CF name servers as instructed by CF after successful scan.

I have waited 24hrs for propagation, tho never saw it take nearly that long.
Problem being, from new Chrome incognito window (to avoid chrome cache, I bring up the site and source shows to footprint from CloudFlare.

Suspect I am missing something basic, as this is first time I have tried to put a WHM WP site under CF.

Among many plugins, we are using WP SUPER CACHE plugin for caching.
