Certain images in page not using lightbox

Hello, I am using this in conjunction with WP Ulitmate Recipe. I have 2 issues.
When the recipe, with linked images, is using the page template (by adding the recipe to the page via short code) Only the featured image opens in the lightbox, the others just open in the browser.

Also when the recipe, with linked images, is using the single post template all images show up in the light box but

Since this involves 2 plugins generating the content I’m having a hard time getting to the bottom of this. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. Thank You.
