   try working with a browser inspection tool such as Firebug to investigate which styles are responsible for formatting the copyright in the footer.

   I have firebug, will check to see if it is already styled, then I can just add display-center to the style sheet.

   That text is not in the footer but hardcoded into the template. There may be settings in Theme Options but otherwise you will need to contact the theme developer as it is a commercial theme.
