   If you modify media in WP backed and crop it, you get a new image.

   Whilst the first image is recognised and uploaded using W3TC CDN upload;

   name-e1360752999382-150x150.jpg

   All cropped images like the file below are ignored when uploading to the CDN

   name-e1360752999382-150x150-60x60.jpg

   These files have to be manually uploaded for some reason ?

   Looks like a file matching / regex problem maybe ?

   It's best to use an origin pull CDN so that you don't otherwise need to enable auto-load to make sure your CDN has all of the files that may be created at various times.
