CDN setting not working in W3TC

Hi,

After I tried to enable CDN setting in W3TC plugin, I received this message:
“Fatal error: Wrong parameters for Exception([string $exception [, long $code ]]) in wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/NetDNA/CurlException.php on line 8”

How could I fix it?
