   Hi, I'm using this plugin in combination with WP-Mail-SMTP and it's working well. However, it would be great if:

   The admin panel knew which users were already turned on (make them bold, color, etc);
   The admin panel didn't have extraneous /> characters;

   and

   if the plugin would know what akismet has already tagged as spam, and you only get notifications for the queue. It's a ton of email otherwise!
