Cateogory to Tag Converter

    So I read that the Category to Tag and Tag to Category converters were supposed to move to the Tools menu, but they aren’t there.

    If I click on EITHER under the Manage Tags or Categories link than I’m taken to the import.php page with no mention of converting tags or categories.

    NO other help topics about this, really?

    How on earth do I convert my tags to categories in 3.0 since the links aren’t working?

    Categories and Tags Converter should be the 3rd thing down in the list on the Import page that you get taken to.
