   Hi there.

   I have created a portfolio site at http://www.armeda.com

   It has a static home page and the blog has been moved to journal.

   What I want to accomplish is a similar thing on the work page as I did on the journal page where I display the latest post expanded and the heading for older posts.

   The only category I want to post on the work page is the portfolio category and I cannot seem to get this working.

   I have reviewed http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/query_posts but I believe it will take more than that to get this working.

   Any help would be appreciated.

   so I set http://www.armeda.com/work to how it was originally. I have a page set up in the dashboard with nothing in it and it uses a custom sidebar, I also removed the custom template.

   Starting from scratch, any help would be great.
