   Hi

   I decided to upgrade today and finally deal with the conversion from categories to tags. However, having upgraded first to 2.7, I now see that the category to tags converter is missing.

   Does anyone know where I could find it? Do I need to revert to the previous installation to get the tool working, or can I just run a particular php script, if anyone knows its name? I have hundreds of categories, no tags.
