Category to Tag Converter Outdated, Yet Still Linked

    Why would the current version of WordPress have a link to the Category To Tag Converter when that tool carries an explicit warning stating that it may not be compatible?

    “Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.”

    Also the plugin still works and just hasn’t been updated because it works and doesn’t need updating 🙂

    I’ve used one or two that supposedly were good to go that didn’t function for me, so I’m always hesitant to use any plugin that tells me right up front it may not work.

    Perhaps there should be some way for existing plugins that are known to work to have that warning cleared.
