   I installed the plugin and used the [qa] short code and it displays the FAQs without categories.
   Anyone know how to fix this?

   Seems you have to use the cat tag and set them up one after another on the page which displays the FAQs, like:
   [qa cat="general-qa"]
   [qa cat="developer-notes"]

   Not bad if you only have a few categories. Not fun if you have tons. Nominal extra work though regardless.
