   Using the following code, I am trying to get the posts to appear in alphabetical order when someone clicks on a category.

   <?php query_posts('cat=&orderby=name&order=ASC'); ?>

   It is still listing by date, however, because it is listing in reverse alphabetical order if I use ASC or DESC. Any idea why it will only list by date and not by post name?

   Any help will be greatly appreciated.

   Try orderby=title.

   Try orderby=title - that should work.
