In the free Pagelines theme, when I go to make a post, I can't find the menu to create categories or tags.
The categories and tags I created in the former theme still exist, however, I can't find any way at all to change them, add/change new posts, or on existing posts.
This is really baffling me. Thanks so much for your help.

Wordpress 3.2.1.
I deactivated all plug-ins.
I switched to Twenty Eleven.
Menus to create categories and tags are still missing.

did they somehow get shut off in the screen options tab, top left from your add/edit post screen
