   In side of the link provided above... there is 5 clinks included in the post which are not suppose to be there. they wasnt there yesterday those thinks are category links that are also on the side bar. I need to remove the ones listed in the post. I even removed the entire category section and they were still there.

   It's your theme. You'd have to remove the widget.
