Category Problem: adds ?lang= to the category makes it unviewable

It works fine as http://www.vacuumcleanersusa.com/category/reviews
This is the only category problem I’m having.
When I go to the category manager, it dosen’t show up, I have to click “All Languages,” but when I look at the language it only has one option: English. And it is English.
