Hi folks,

My problem is as the title describes.

My site uses pretty permalinks and after switching to MU & mapping a sub-domain site, the pretty permalinks won’t work.

I’m thinking going back to square one would be best.

What advise can people throw my way on how to manage a MU installation properly?

What are the best practices for global vs local site plugins?

Can anyone think of a way the pretty_Permalinks not working could be resolved?

(I have tried disabling all plugins and resetting the theme)

Had a stray flush_rewrite_rules(); in functions.php
