   I added my category 'E3 2011' to my menu. However when you click it, it just show the post titles. I want it to show the entire posts (like on the hompage).

   You will need alter the category or loop file that brings the data for the page.

   I have neither of those files in my wordpress install. I am using the Iblog theme.

   Then the only way to guide you is to see how your theme is coded as all themes are not coded same.
