Category Plugin Request

Hello and thanks in advance to anyone that replies and/or helps. I am in the midst of setting up my blog. The problem is the Huge number of categories that I need in place. Does anyone know if there is a plugin that will allow an admin to create multiple categories at the same time and asign them in the same instance. I would like to be able to create say..10 or 20 categories all at once and be able to asign them as a parent or child, ect at the same time. This would be a big help since I estimate I need somewhere around 255 categories to start with.
