• hey,

somebody else set up our wordpress blog and trying to figure out how to make stuff work

trying to spiff up the category pages and would like to change the number of posts that visitors are able to scroll back through. get that the number of posts displaying can be adjusted by changing theme settings, but wondering if there is a way to adjust the number of pages that users can scroll back through ..

at the moment users are cycled back to the first page of category results, even when the category contains several hundred posts ..

is this a dashboard setting? or a value in the template.

totally dislike the way we have this feature set up – at the moment nav is totally clunky – would much rather display page numbers the way more professional sites handle things .. .

if you’d like to take a look, you’ll find us here —

Posts per page can only be set globally via the dashboard. Anything category specific would have to done via the category template(s).
