   Hi, is there currently anyway for me to include the category name for a specific post within the loop, i am aware of the current method provided within the WordPress Default template ... but it appears this displays the category name attached with an appropriate URL linkback to the category location itself. This isnt what i want, just a simple category name which i can use, does anyone here know if it is possible?

   <?php the_category_rss(); ?> should see you right.
