category links redirecting to home page

Hi,

the website I’m having trouble with is : http://www.aspenperformancegroup.com/

the category links are redirecting to the homepage. I have eliminated the .htaccess file from the equation, as well as the theme. (by changing permalinks to default and using a different theme, still redirects) any ideas??
