   I had a WordPress blog at IX hosting. I moved it to WestHost. Everything works except category links.

   Before moving:
   Everything worked
   I upgraded to WP 2.5.1 and tested site thoroughly
   I backed up all databases, installed same codebase at WestHost and restored the databases

   Now everything works except category links.

   I'm using <?php wp_list_categories('orderby=name'); ?> in the sidebar (unchanged from IX site). It correctly lists the non empty categories. I click a category and it resolves the correct URL but this 404s. If I access the category by number then it works fine (though of course you can't link that in wp_list_categories.

   I've checked .htacess (identical to old site) and permalink settings. If I change the category prefix in permalinks then it is correctly rolled up into the URL but again it 404s. I've added categories and deleted some but still nothing works.

   Help?
