Hi everyone,
A fresh new blog created within a WPMU install. The default category is "uncategorized" and its ID = 1.
When I create new categories using the Arabic language, it should post new category IDs as 2,3,4, and so on... instead, it skips IDs and assigns IDs such as 25, 26, 27 ,28 and so on.
What could be causing this? Is it a possible bug?
No bug. Categories are kept in the terms/taxonomy tables. Tags, link categories, and 'post' categories share the same tables so forget trying to experience sequential IDs.
