Category and tags 404 error

    Please could anyone help me with this! I don’t why when I go to my category it shows me 404 error page, but tag is a bit wield. Tag redirect me to another post, some shows me 404 error page, too. I have asked my hosting provider to help me, but they said they couldn’t.

    At first, I thought it was a Permalinks issue, but my hosting provider said

    Its actually not a Permalinks issue. The Permalinks are set and the normal WordPress posts URLs works fine. The problem is with the Menu which contains the options General News, PS3, PSP, PSVITA, Wii, XBOX, Mobile, DS. I see that in the WordPress admin panel – Menu is configured to go to http://everygamingnews.com/category/general-news for instance. But when it comes to work, its getting redirected to the general WordPress URL architecture. It looks like something within WordPress is sending redirects and hence those links are non-functional.
