Categorized Dropdown – not categories in dropdown

    I am trying to see if there is a way to add category headers within a Custom menu.
    For instance:

    Main Nav Item |
    Category 1
    -Link to Page
    -Link to Page

    Category 2

    -Link to Page

    Category 3
    -Link to Page
    -Link to Page
    -Link to Page
