   Not sure if this is a browser issue or not. But when I click on the categories tab. Then select a subcategory such as 'brands'..Nothing happens and I get an error on the page. This use to work today. Could someone tell me what has changed?

   I still need help on this, so that I can change the thumbnails for the subcategories under brands.

   Have you tried:

   - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

   - switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

   - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

   I dont believe this problem has to do with my plugins, Because I did deactivate all my plugins and then reactivate them.
   Also I was able to get into the categories and change thumbnails on my laptop but not on my desktop. And then something happened and I cant get anything on my laptop now.

   I have a same problem :( I deleted some categories and suddenly some subcategories that are not children of deleted category disappeared on category page.

   Well I found using Mozilla instead of Explorer resolved this issue.
