Categories level only single level instead of all

    Hi Ryan

    I created some post with 3 levels of categories, but in the categories only the bottom child category associated with post

    Ex:

    Australia
    Vic
    Melbourne

    I also tried to use the ALL Categorization level but after selecting all — it still also stay at Single Level

    After post created under categories it only shows melbourne instead of Australia, Vic, Melbourne

    Hi

    It used to be that all categories were applied by default then some users requested only the last category so we made that possible.

    Must be a small issue there to resolve thank you for letting us know.

    Hi Ryan

    I just used the latest version 6.8.3 to import some post with categories. But I am having the same problem where only one level of category displayed. Similar thing happened only bottom child displayed and associated with post.

    Categorisation Level

    Single All

    Single is always selected regardless even if I select the ALL — Single remain selected.

    Is there is a quick fix for this as I have some important data to import.
